At Lucy Folk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection is not quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully pack your items in their original Lucy Folk jewelry box or garment bag and place them inside a secure shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Post

Print your prepaid shipping label generated from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

Processing and Refund

Once our studio receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
